11. How much time will it take to deliver my order?

12. Do I have to be at home to accept the order?

When we send your order through the local post, you are required to sign the document. So, yes you have to be at home. If you are not available at the moment, your order will be submitted to the local post office, from where you can collect it. On the other hand, for huge orders, we use courier. We will recommend you to give your business address, but the home address is fine as well.

13. Can I return the mat if it doesn’t fit my car?

For us customer satisfaction is a top priority, this is why we want you to be 100% happy with the product you bought. In case the mat does not fit properly or you are not satisfied with it, you can contact us. Resolving your issue will be on top of our mind. We also provide you the option of returning the product. If the mistake is made on our end like there is an error in our catalog or dispatch team picked up the wrong order, we will pay for all the charges. The cost will be paid through paid return labels.

14. What is Your Return Policy?

We have adopted a return process that is simple and hassle-free for all customers. You have to contact our Customer Service expert for acquiring a Return Goods Authorization(RGA) number. The mat will not be returned without a valid RGA number. When sending the order back, we request you to write the RGA number beneath our address on the box. The shipping cost should be paid in advance by you. The refund will be provided on the product returned after subtracting the packaging and shipping cost. We dint offer return option for cash on delivery products.

16. What will happen if the product is damaged during shipping?
